Ryan enters his fourth year on the Trojans’ varsity bench
after serving a year in the Junior High program. He is a 2000
graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in History. Prior
to Bloomsburg, he attended Lackawanna College where he played
both basketball and baseball for the Falcons. He is currently
pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education at Wilkes University.
Ryan graduated from Greater Nanticoke Area High School in 1996
where he was a three-sport all-scholastic excelling in football
and baseball along with basketball. From his point guard spot,
he led the Trojans to back-to-back P.I.A.A. District 2 Championships
in 1995 and 1996. He was also a member of the 1994 American Legion
baseball regional runner-up and the 1995 Eastern Conference football
runner-up teams. Ryan currently teaches Government and Civics
in the Nanticoke Area School District. He is also the Trojans’
Head Junior High baseball coach. He enjoys spending time with
his family and friends along with his hobbies of Major League
baseball, particularly his Philadelphia Phillies, bike riding
and traveling. |
